P-Series Circle Metal Dome

The circle metal dome (round metal domes, circle tactile dome) is a circle(round) snap dome specifically designed for use in multi-layered circuit boards or precision switches. The C-Series domes are non-inverting and suitable for over-travel applications.

They are ideal for low-profile switches under membrane overlays and keypads and longer service life.

The size of a C-Series metal dome ranges from 2.5mm to 20mm, with trip forces typically ranging from 100gf to 600gf. Trip force, rebound/return force, click ratio, travel distance, and height can be adjusted according to client requirements.

Packaging options include bulk packaging in PE bags or pick-and-place dome arrays; when creating a dome array using automated or semi-automated machines that place the domes on glued PET film, they will be packed in steel tubes.
